The Ground Floor of the Villa

The ground floor of the Villa hosts the majestic 200-square-meter hall with its frescoed ceilings and Venetian terrazzo floors. The brightness of Lake Como, located less than eight meters from the entry, illuminates the hall thanks to four door windows and six large windows. The 18th-century marble fireplace, the crystal chandeliers, and the elegant combination of family heirlooms with the finest antiques ensure the guests a memorable experience. On the same floor, there are a professional kitchen, a laundry bathroom and two modern half-baths to be used by guests during events.
